Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we’ll prorate your billing accordingly.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your limits. You won’t lose any monitoring – we’ll just prompt you to upgrade to continue adding more sites or monitors.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our Free plan lets you try all core features. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to higher limits and premium features.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you 2 months free (20% off). You’re billed once per year, and you can cancel anytime with a prorated refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
