Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to their terms of service.

Price Changes

We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price increases.

When you add a website to SiteRooster, our Service may crawl and store content from that website for change detection purposes. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to monitor any website you add to your account.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service Provided “As Is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

While we strive to provide accurate monitoring data, we cannot guarantee that all outages or issues will be detected, or that all alerts will be delivered successfully. You should not rely solely on SiteRooster for critical monitoring needs without having additional safeguards in place.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteRooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

  • You breach these Terms
  • You violate our Acceptable Use policy
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the Service entirely

Where possible, we will provide you with reasonable notice before terminating your account, unless the termination is due to a serious breach of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to retain or provide you with copies of your data after account termination, though you may request your data before closing your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
